Toshiba fire tv plex app randomly won’t play videos from a server that is on the same fiber network and 6 blocks away…
It will play videos from plex live tv, crackle and everything else that’s not the private server.
The same videos play on the same connection in the next room on the web app,a Samsung tv , a fire stick, etc…
This is about 80 percent of the time. Talked to Toshiba fire tv users with the same issues on different private servers…can we get an update or a patch?
Logs?? Details of you configuration?? File Info for failing files??
Without that info there is very very little that can be done provide the help you desire.
The problem could be at the server end or at the client end or somewhere inbetween. You must provide help for diagnosis in order to get help.

The top jpeg is the file information…I tried to play that one like 5 or 6 times today at 12:15 ET to try and provide a few logs.
