Viewing libraries on client devices

I am having trouble organizing my libraries. I have a hard drive where is store all media. On the drive I have 2 folders; Movies and Home Movies. I set up 2 libraries (Movies and Home Movies). On the server I can discover by Movies and Home Movies and all works correct. However, on all clients I have 2 libraries displayed (Movies and Home Movies). The problem is no mater which library I select I see all files. My home moves also show up in Movies and my Movies also show up in Home Movies.

that usually only happens if you accidentally added both folders to those libraries (or if one of the folder is the parent folder of the other).
