Viewing live TV on multiple devices simultaneously using single multi-tuner box

If I use a single multi-tuner box like HDHomeRun Quatro, can I watch different live channels simultaneously on different devices on my LAN? Say, I have 4 Apple TVs, can each one via the Plex client watch a different live TV channel at the same time?

I have an HDHomeRun Extend, there are two tuners in that box. With enough processing power I am able to watch both on different Roku’s.
