Viewing on a iphone, pictures is blurry

Watching on an Iphone os 13.3.1
app plex 6.6

I am new to Plex and my first post. When I watch a tv show I can see the picture pixelates and I can see the show jumps after that and I am missing parts of the show. Where do I begin to troubleshoot this.

Is the server transcoding for playback? You can look at the now playing on your servers dashboard https://support.plex.tv/articles/200871837-status-and-dashboard/#toc-1

If it is changing quality while playing back you might have Automatically Adjust Quality enabled in the quality settings in the app on your phone. Also check what your home and remote streaming is set to in quality settings
