Hi I used to have this working on a Dlink router and cable modem. But now I have a Virgin Media Superhub and if I have the DNS address the same as the one where PlexConnect is installed. My Apple TV loses its connection where before it worked no problem. Any ideas how I can fix this. Thanks.

But what I can tell you is that it isn’t a Virgin Media Superhub problem, as I’m also a Virgin Media customer using a superhub with no problems.

Did you set a new DHCP reservation for your PMS to the same IP (if you were hard coding the PMS IP)?

This is a problem with the not so super super hub.
There is no permanent fix, it is a problem with the super hubs firmware, you can only connect to plex within 5 mins of rebooting the super hub, if you like me find the Virgin internet service is unreliable and goes on and off, you will have to keep re-booting the super hub, and go to the server settings in plex and manually reconnect, also you need to turn off the firewall in the super hub.
