I used to be able to connect to my server when away from the local network by using my DDNS address, the port I have open for Plex and my login details for my plex account (email address and password), now when I try the same thing one of two things happens. If secure connections is set to required the app just spins forever, never loading properly. If secure connections is set to preferred then I get the error message “Server connection failed. Please check your server address and credentials”. I know the credentials are correct as I have tested them when I am local to the sever using the same method but with the internal IP address as the server. Any help is much appreciated.
