Player Version#: Unsure how to find version on Fire TV, but should be latest?
I have the amazon skill set up and working, however I have two room mates with their own plex accounts who are unable to use it. They are added as “Home Users” and have access to all libraries. Voice commands work while my account is active on the fire TV, but if I switch users to their profile, Alexa just says that it “can’t find a supported player”.
We each have our own watch history and “on deck” lists, some of which are the same shows but at different points in the seasons, so sharing one account wouldn’t work at all. How do we get voice control working for all of us?
