The Alexa skill needs to support profiles. My moms tv is at a different location. She is a home user. She is using my roku account but has her own Amazon account for Alexa. I was at her house and I saw my devices at home. Why would she need voice support of my tv? I need to test more but that messed me up when I saw she could set player to my tv. We need an Alexa tell Plex to set profile to xxx with pin support on a per device basis. Voice support should follow the device not the account.
