Volume issue on streamed service content, commercials are 4x louder than the show

I’m trying to stream tvshows on my tv that are from popcornflix and when a commercial plays it shakes the walls from my surround sound. Scared a shart out of me.
Was watching Thunderbirds (1965) tv show.

There seems to be a very large volume difference between streamed shows, my plex movies, and commercials… Is there going to be a better audio normalization in the future?
