Volume panel appearing alone issue anyone?

Hi,
Since some days ago I’m having this issue:
while watching something, the volume bar appears without touching anything. sometimes it stays there for minutes. sometimes the volume lowers down 0.01. I repeat I dont touch anything. my keyboard or mouse are not pressed any keys.
I’m going crazy.

Anyone has seen something similar?

Wow, this was posted in January? This just started happening to me as well. But I don’t use OpenPHT. This started after PMS upgraded a few days ago.
