Volume shortcut on Windows bound to key which I didn't have

Just noticed a weird thing and would like to report it.
I am on Windows 10 and plexamp was extremly quiet, I googled and found that there should be a shortcut to control the volume.
It should be ‘Cntrl + Alt + Up/Down’.
Well it didn’t work so I google more and found that you can set the shortcut in the settings. There it was reported to be ‘Command + Alt + Up/Down’, my PC doesn’t have a Command key so I couldn’t use that shortcut.
I changed it to ‘Cntrl + Alt + Up/Down’ now and am happy but maybe this is something which helps someone out with the same problem.
