If you watch Plex on a Chromecast or via a TV app on a smart tv. The volume is WAYYYY to low. I had my TV volume set at 89 when it normally is at 30s. My other TV next to it is just as quiet when playing stuff.
If I play it on my phone in the Plex app they sound fine.
