Try PMP:
Once Set up - switch to TV Mode where you will find many enhanced features - audio being among them. There is also ‘passthrough’ mode - worth a shot.
If seeing no pain relief there, go to the Windows Audio Section and see if, at the Audio Control Panel, for the audio device you’re listening to, open it’s properties and enable some enhancements, particularly the Loudness Equalization.
Works a treat over here for buried dialog tracks, but your problem may be something else.
