Want to remove an abandoned server that is still shared to Plex friends

Server Version#: Unsure, but OS is OS X
Player Version#:
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

I no longer have a Mac, and my Plex Server for Mac was removed from my authorized devices. However, libraries from that server were still shared with friends. When they try to connect to my current server, they still see an option to connect to the old abandoned server.

How can I remove that server from my account? Could I request assistance from a mod for this?

Do the libraries appear on their home page? If so, have them unpin them.

Check one of the friends at Settings → Manage Library Access. Does it show you are still sharing the old libraries with them? If so, unshare the libraries.

I can’t unshare the libraries, the server no longer exists and was long removed from my authorized devices list years ago.

Under Manage Library Access, it shows that I am sharing a number of libraries in excess of the ones I am currently sharing from my current server, but when I go into more details, it only shows me the libraries from my current active server.

If one of the users logs in via https://app.plex.tv/desktop/, then selects More > to see all available libraries, do they see multiple servers - the current and non-existent?

If any of the libraries from the old server are pinned to the home screen, have them un-pin them.

If the old server still appears even with all the libraries unpinned, then something may be hung up in Plex’s back office systems, and a Plex employee will need to take a look. Just trying to confirm if that is what is happening.

This isn’t an isolated case, as posted here: Reddit - Dive into anything

I’m hoping a Plex mod can come in and wipe it from my account.

Better now?

I would love to know how to do this as well! My old server still shows up on some clients even though it is not pinned anywhere.
