Stuck sharing libraries from servers that no longer exist

I have had multiple servers over the years for one reason or another. I removed those old servers from my dashboard ages ago instead of removing them from the authorized devices list.

I’m now in a situation where these servers are still shared with friends and I don’t know how to disassociate them from my account. I can’t remove them from authorized devices because they don’t show up since I removed them from dashboard, and I can’t start the servers up because I don’t have them anymore (which would re-add them to my dashboard and authorized devices list).

If I use a service that connects to my plex account and displays a list of my servers, they show in that list but I have no way of seeing them in plex itself to get rid of them.

Is there any solution to this?

Delete the old servers from your account.

I can’t do that. As I mentioned I initially removed them from the sidebar. When a server goes offline, the sidebar gives you the option to “remove server” and tells you that if you start the server back up again it will be re-added to your account.

This is where I removed the servers, which means they no longer show in authorized devices. If I could start the servers back up again they would show in my account again and let me delete them from authorized devices, but because I can’t do that they are stuck in this ghost state of existing on my account but being inaccessible and unremovable.

I’ve removed the old servers for you.

Oh my god thank you so much, this was driving me insane.
