I am looking for some advice on what to upgrade on my server, I am noticing some lag when trans-coding sometimes now. Only big change is my videos are all 1080 now and remotely I have most people using 720 to save on some bandwidth, since my connection is via StarLink.
Below is a list of my current hardware, any suggestions would be welcome, I have 4 more 8TB drives to install eventually.

Video: Quadro P2000
OS HD: 256 SSD
Plex HD: 8 8tb WD Red Drives
Ram: 16GB
CPU: Inter G4620 3.7 Ghz (4 CPU’s)
MB: SUPERMICRO MBD-X11SSH-LN4F-O
