(Written as Agile User Story:) As a Plex (client) user, I need a way to remind me to Resume (Downloads) when I add new items to Download when my Download queue is [fully] paused. Sometimes, I forget that I’ve fully paused all of my Downloads, and when I add new ones I generally expect it to download them or remind me to Resume the Download queue.
