Was connected and watching remotely, then it stopped and says server unreachable, now cannot connect locally either. But can connect remotely and locally via other devices. Help!

Server running on nVidia Shield, not been updated for ages. Was watching via a web client on Linux via a remote network, and with two minutes left in the show, it then kicked me out.

Now I cannot get that web client to talk to the plex server if i use app.plex.tv/desktop, but i can if I use the local IP address.

I have other devices that never lost remote access and still have local access on other devices.

What is going on?
