Was forced to pay to unlock on iPad when I have plex pass

I have plex pass, but Plex within my sons iPad didnt recognize it. I CLEARLY have it paid for according to my android devices and TVs where I am signed in. Yes, i signed in with MY account to HIS iPad as I have him with his own profile. Before the “well what about his profile” part, I attempted to play anything via MY profile in that same login and it ALSO does not recognize and begs me to pay. So, I ended up paying for it but I am pretty upset considering I have already dropped $100+ for Plex and now im being forced into ANOTHER payment.

I am lookin for an explination and what I can do as IMO Plex made the mistake here, not me.
