I was wondering if it’s possible to Watch a streamed video (on any website) from my plex server (my pc) to my smart TV?

I don’t think that Plex has the ability to stream like a browser would. Why not stream directly through your smart TV?
More details about what you’re looking at and why you want to do it via Plex would help people answer your question.
There may be (depending on the website your trying to use) a 3rd Party Channel that will allow for this.
