On all my devices all media is starting over at the beginning if I pause, ff rw, or stop and go back. Issues just started in the last few days.
Please list the type/operating system of the affected devices.
All Roku TVs and players, android players on tablets and phones, chrome browsers
Do you leave videos on Pause on one client, and then try to resume them on another client?
Do always stop playback and close the player window. Particularly on the web app and the Plex for Desktop.
Another possible reason could be a damaged database, so that it no longer stores playback progress.

Stop Plex server beforehand, using its task tray icon.
