"Watch Live" option does not work

When a program is playing on the TV downstairs, I can watch the same program on the web upstairs, for example. However, when presented with the option of “Watch from the Start (Started x minutes ago)” or “Watch Live,” selection of “Watch Live” results in the program playing from the beginning of the recorded session.

I should note that I am only noticing this (so far) on programs that are playing elsewhere, but not otherwise scheduled for recording.

I have the same issue. Did you find a solution?

Unfortunately, no. I also do not have any additional insight, just seems to be a problem on the web player while another device is playing the same live program.

It’s also broken with the samsung beta app for 2016+ 4k tvs as well. I’m wondering if it’s a server side problem. I really kind of wish in the meantime it wouldnt’ even ask me & just burn another tuner, as I have spares availble most of the time…

Likewise. Incidentally, my setup also involves a 4k TV (Roku TV TCL brand).
