Can plex handle raw DVD folders(or isos) without the need to encode them all to video files? I ripped all my dvds to the disk so now I have 30+ dvds(tv shows) but I don’t really want to encode them all.
Yep - it handles both 
As Kent said, yes it works. All my DVDs (200+) are ripped to Video_TS folders. Works like a charm!! :D [Note: Some of my DVDs ripped with MTR didn't work as Video_TS folders until I re-ripped them with RipIt...]
