This issue started three days ago all of a sudden. When the other user starts a Watchtogether (they are unable to join one for whatever reason), their actual user account shows as Invited, even though they’ve joined. A duplicate account called “Unknown (Smart TV Pro)” shows instead, with their actual watching status displayed.
When we start the WatchTogether, after a few seconds, we are both kicked from the video and booted to the home screen. On the Plex server, their actual account is shown as streaming it. It’s only on my end they show up as that unknown account. But on the server Plex app, they show as their actual user account as streaming from the server.
This happens for all films and TV shows.

We’ve both paying for a Plex subscription specifically for the Watch Together feature.
I have tried:
Uninstalling and then reinstalling the latest server version on the server PC
Same with the latest beta
Uninstalling and reinstalling Plex on my watching PC
Uninstalling and reinstalling Plex on the other user’s Smart TV
Attached the logs, and a screenshot of the users list which shows the Unknown user account. Their actual account is the first one on the left.
