Watch Together Broken for All Users

I am having a new problem that I originally thought was isolated between myself and another user, but it turns out this is systemic. On multiple players, Roku, Android, Web, Bravia TV, and Firestick and multiple users when a Watch Together is initiated the behavior is thus:

The users own Watch Together shows themselves as Ready. The other user shows as Invited. Each user has this. The newest thing I am noticing is the player itself becomes an unknown user and also shows as ready (usually) but the user themselves are only shown as invited.

I have not installed any new updates nor made any changes to the server. Additionally, ,my Roku app is now consistently crashing on the Watch Together feature when in use, which is also brand new and very awesome.

Any idea on what the problem may be?

There was ( and possibly may still be) an issue on android there folks were/are having here. Maybe a server issue as well if you are seeing on other types of devices.

Is there anything I can give you logging wise to help to troubleshoot and fix the issue from Plex’s side?
