Watch Together List Not Refreshing on Roku

Server version: 1.24.3.5033 (Windows 10)
Roku version: Current preview

I’m just wondering if this is normal behavior: Whenever I try to use Watch Together with another home user (they do not have a separate account), the Watch Together hub does not update on the Plex home screen automatically. We’re required to exit the app and re-enter, or switch to another home user’s account and switch back. Then the video is listed there and waiting, and it works fine.

Should Plex automatically be refreshing the Watch Together list on the Roku? Is there some trick I’m missing? The server is located on the same LAN.

Thanks for the report, and sorry for the troubles. It should be fixed now. Looks like we had a slight backup in our service notifying clients when the invites were created.

Thank you! By pure coincidence, it was the first time we’d tried to use it. I’ll give it a test run this morning.
