Watched state and ratings are not syncing to the cloud for all content played on my server from all users using various different players. Watchlist is working and syncing correctly.
All users watching content from other people’s servers and the plex cloud are working.
Watched state and ratings are saving locally to my server so that I can change players and see my watched state and rating only if I am on my server. If I go to someone else’s server or the plex cloud my watched state and ratings are not there.
I have made sure my port is open on my router and working correctly. Remote connections are working fine from my server. I have run optimize database in Plex settings and run WebTools-NG and also optimized the database from there as well as some of the other butler tasks.
This issue started on October 28th.
Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong and how to fix it?
