I have noticed that if I start watching a show while it is still recording, I can only watch up to the point that was recorded when I started watching. For example:
The show is scheduled to record from 7-8pm. If I start watching the recording at 7:20, I can only watch the 20 minutes that have been recorded. The recording doesn’t automatically/continuously get added to what I am watching. I have to then back out, scan the library, and then I can fast forward over what I’ve seen (the first 20 minutes) and can now watch the additional segment of the recording (likely only about another 20 minutes) until I have to stop, rescan the library, then finish watching the completed recording.
Unless I am missing something, it seem this can be handled better. I would think that the recording would become one fluid stream that would increase until the recording ends.
Any thoughts?
