My XBOX ONE works great for playback of my content, but when I’m on the details page of the movie (before selecting the play button) I can’t watch the trailer. When I click the button I get the “Playback Error” screen. However, if I change to a friend’s shared library, the trailer option works fine. I have tested new items to my library as well as items that have been there for a long time. I even tried to “Refresh all Metadata.” The trailers work fine on the Webplayer so it doesn’t seem to be Metadata anyway.
I’ve been bouncing back and forth between Plex and YouTube on the XBOX, which isn’t all that great of an experience when I have guests over and we are trying to agree on a movie to watch.
