Hi, I noticed when my dad (seperate plex account) added a movie to the watchlist it appeard in under my account too. I dont understand why my watchlist syncs with his
are there any settings that will keep my watchlist as mine and other users can have their own?
This should never happen, unless he is somehow using your plex account.
Ensure he is not accidentally switching user accounts to yours.
I checked using tautulli and it says he watched the movie using his account, so unless he logged out of mine to into his to watch the movie, something else has to be the issue hereš
(ik he dident log out since he would ask me for help to log inā¦)
But to confirm this even more I can ask him to add some movies or tv shows to the watchlist 
Well today someone else that has their own seperate account added some movies and tv shows to their watchlist and it appeared in mine. the diffrence between this user and the my dad is that this user is invited to my plex home. but both of them can add things to my watchlist without even knowing they did that
Did you add any 3rd-party apps to your server?
Did you authorize any 3rd-party apps to access your Plex account?
Did you install something like the old trakt.tv plug-in?
I set my watchlist to private then it stopped happening
