From some days i receive this error when i try to go to the configuration of the app:

not disponible
Otherwise i cant see that server in my other device.
Someone can help me for this problem?

Could you reboot / restart and if the problem remains get the logs through an ssh login and copying the logs out and zipping and attaching here - please indicate what time you attempted to connect to the server

Make sure the local network subnet is in the private network ip range and connect to the WD mycloudex4100 from same network
