Once you have started the app/service on the MyCloud – don’t try to open it via the “Configure” button but open http://[WD MyCloud NAS IP address]:32400/web

im not sure what that means of where to find the WD MyCloud NAS IP address

Your NAS is connected to your home network.
The IP address is kind of the zip-code / house number of a device in your home network (e.g. 192.169.xxx.xxx or 10.0.xxx.xxx where xxx is a digit from 1 to 255). Usually you can find it in the configuration/status of your router.
Maybe you’re even connecting to your WD MyCloud through its IP address (look what address is being used in the browser when you open your NAS to configure it).

Thanks Tom one last question. I went to that address and it asked me to setup a new server i did that but one I did it wont allow me to add content. The add folder tab is missing. I can add the content directly to the Shared folder of the Mycloud but the content never reflect on the app or website.

That’s one of the restrictions of Plex on the WD My Cloud. You can basically only use the “hard coded / linked” folders offered by the system. So every movie library you create will point to Files > Plex > Shared Movies
