Hello,
Can you help me ??
I have WD My Cloud Home connected to PLEX.
Plex has created directories

  • Shared Movies
  • Shared TV Shows
  • Shared Music
  • Shared Home Videos
  • Shared Photos
    I would like to add a new catalog with My son’s fairy tales - movies.
    But if it adds a new directory - as Movie - joins all movies.
    help me, how can I separate my movie with my son’s fairy tales.
    How can I manage these libraries.

That’s THE big restriction of Plex running on a WD MyCloud…
If you need to add different libraries you might setup Plex on a different computer instead and connect it to the storage on your WD MyCloud.

Can I create my own libraries?

Yes and no. You can create libraries in the Plex Media Server. However, you cannot specify a custom location for the content. Instead, libraries will automatically point to the corresponding subfolder inside the Files area. So, place your television content inside the Shared TV Shows subfolder, music inside the Shared Music subfolder, etc.
