i recently bought a mycloud home system to help with the server and i noticed that i cant add a folder for PPV and Porn related folders because the system doesnt show me a way of adding a newer folder like porn or ppv on the mycloud device it creates a shared home movies that i can add files to but i dont want to mix up my porn files and ppv files in the folder HELP

That’s a limitation built into the Plex environment on the My Cloud Home.
Libraries are hard-wired to the respective “Shared XYZ” share for their media type. Known issue and from what I understand part of how WD designed it when they integrated the Plex Media Server into their NAS.

Can I create my own libraries?
Yes and no. You can create libraries in the Plex Media Server. However, you cannot specify a custom location for the content. Instead, libraries will automatically point to the corresponding subfolder inside the Files area. So, place your television content inside the
Shared TV Showssubfolder, music inside theShared Musicsubfolder, etc.
