My old My Cloud home duo died and I bought a new my cloud .

I had my plex server running smoothly on my original NAS.

Set up the new NAS driver today and cannot get NAS drive to initlise the server. It should be a really simple process of enabling the server then initliasding it via the WD web app. However ,once you follow the process through to plex it stays on "initliasing " for about 10 minutes then fails.

Any ideas?

Nothing else in my network has changed. I vaguely remember having this same issue with my old kit 5 years ago.
