No soup for you

One of those errors that come from nowhere. Thanks for your help!
Needless to say that I am signed in, and can access another server running on Windows 7

Error: The following message gets displayed

__"No soup for you!

The server you’re trying to access doesn’t want to let you in. Make sure you’re signed in as a user with access to this server."__

When does it occur: Only when clicking on (any) movie or show.

When does it NOT occur: Connection to the server either from outside networks or from the LAN is OK. You can access the server, and list all movies on the different folders. The problem presents itself only when clicking to access individual movies

Configuration: running on MAC OSX “El Capitan”. Plex server Version 0.9.15.2

I do not know if it helps, but in my case the “no soup for you” message disappeared after I adjusted the date and time settings in the server. For some reason my NAS lost settings and had a date of 2013. It was put away those settings that everything worked perfectly.
