WD MyCloudEX2Ultra: DVR configuration fails on EPG download

Hi,

I’m new with plex an just bought a WD MyCloudEX2Ultra. I want to install Live-DVR and followed the instructions. In the DVR Setup I found my reciever and had to enter my postal code. After some minutes I got the error message, that epg-data can not be recieved.

I installed the plex-server on my iMac and there it worked…

Has anyone any idea, what is going wrong on my nas?

For the past month Plex has been transitioning their EPG which requires a minimum Server version of 1.16.2.
