Problem with plex DVR

I am running plex server on my Nvidia Shield. it was working fine when i last used it in June. Since then the epg guide is not available in canada i manage to get xmltv listing instead. The first import was working fine. But when i want to import a second updated xmltv file, it stops working correctly. So i remove my silicon dust Hd Homerun tuner in the plex configure and try to add it again. But when i specify the xmltv file and after i always got an error saying there was a problem with your DVR, please try again.

Anyone has this problem ?

The path i gave for the xmltv file is /sdcard/guide.xml and the file is copied directly at the root of the share /shield/internal

You should update the server.
Newer versions they got a new epg provider and they dropped support for Australia but I believe Canada is still available.

You should not need to use xmltv data.

Thank you nokdim. It worrs now. I had to update my plex server to a beta version to upgrade to version 1.16 but now the epg is working
