WD MyCloudHome - Library Files on Drive - But Plex cannot see them

Hi

Could be a simple issue, but on a fresh drive (8TB MCH) I configured Plex via WD apps, but the default plex folder subfolders are not on the library list on Plex rendering the drive unusable with it. I have enabled the Plex app and configured the drive many times but still no sign of the folders. On the drive itself I can see Plex folder with the subfolders but still no joy on Plex itself.

Any advice/troubleshooting would be appreciated - As the unit is a few days old, Amazon can replace the unit in which thankfully I havent uploaded my data yet but very curious to as why.

Things I have done

1: deleted authorised places on Plex
2: Hard factory reset 5 times on the drive already
3: Unnattached the drive from my mycloud account many times and started again with the ‘search’
4: Deleted all traces of the IP address and rules on my Router (BT Smarthub) One thing I don’t see are port forwarding rules for Plex. Should there be any? Or should the WD MCH automatically configure itself?
5: When I was “activating” the Plex app via WD, most of the time the Configure button popup would be blank - Not plex splash screen and then wizard! It took me a while and finally it let me ‘in’ but the lack of libraries showing problem arose again…

Or wait for Amazon to replace a new unit and try again?
