WD MyCloudPR2100 server problem

I’ve been losing my mind the past few days with this problem. My WD NAS has been on and healthy but whenever I try and connect to my server, it’s been saying that its unavailable. I tried doing everything from https://help.plex.tv/noserver but it’s still the same. I also did a hard reset of the router and rebooted the NAS. I also tried reinstalling the latest app for the WD NAS.

UPDATE:
the server is supposedly available now but when I tried playing a video, this is what happened.
