WD NAS EX4100: After latest Plex update the server is uncreachable

Server Version#: 1.24.1.4931
Player Version#:
The server became unreachable after updating to the latest version of Plex. I also do not have access to the configuration of the server.

  • Server is on the same network
  • Tried rebooting
  • Tried turning off Plex App from Dashboard then Rebooting the turning it on again
