Trying to use my new wd passport wireless pro. I can’t connect with any of my plex clients. I go to the web interface: 192.168.60.1:32400/ and I get a connection, I get a plex styled background, an orange spinner and then the message that my Plex server is unreachable. This makes no sense to me since I’m talking to the plex server directly. Any body have any ideas?
I should note that I’m in middle of nowhere with no internet access, so I’m connecting directly to to passports wifi hotspot.
Yeah that’s the actual address i typed in. I was typing the first message on my phone because it had Internet access.

Plex is not reachable.
Make sure your server has an internet connection and any firewalls or other programs are set to allow access.
Had a very similar issue and got around it by going to Settings - Network in Plex and changing the Secure Connections from Required to Preferred. Might be worth checking?
I had tried that and still no joy. It maybe because I have Plex Home.
What did work for me was connecting the Wireless Pro to the internet using my phone as a mobile hot spot. Once I got logged in things seemed to “work” and a could drop the mobile hot spot, but really defeats the purpose of having “Plex in my pocket” if it still requires an internet connection to login.
