I connect my nas wd pr2100 since 3 days but yesterday the nas doesn’t appear in plex app. I see my nas on wd app ok.
Can you help mee please.
I use a netgear x 10 also.

Have you checked that PMS is running on your PR2100? Or are you running PMS on another machine and your media is on the PR2100?

I uninstall pms on the nas and reinstall it but when i lauch pms in wd page, the nas is unaccessible. I unistall all pms in Windows and also android. I don’t know why that doesn’t work. The nas is OK on my cloud Android app and Windows network.

Uninstalling PMS does not remove previous Plex configurations. You will need to manually navigate your NAS and find these old PMS files and delete them. Unfortunately, I don’t have specific steps to provide to do this. Look under the linux section in https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201941078-Uninstall-Plex-Media-Server for the types of files to look for.

This has no impact on PMS running on the NAS. If you have PMS running on Windows, do you need PMS on the NAS too?

You only need PMS installed if you are actually using it to “serve” your files. Just having it installed doesn’t do anything.
