Dear Support,
I have a WD NAS My Cloud PR4100. I tried to reinstall the plex app on the nas but now I cannot get into the configuration page to configure the Plex Server. See the screenshot below for the version:
This is what is happening when I click configure and login locally:
This circle keeps spinnnig in the middle and I cannot see any media files. I have 3 libraries added already when it worked like a week ago. What might be causing this and what can I do to resolve it? I had Norton 360 installed locally on my Mac, I uninstalled it and still I cannot get in. Is there any configuration steps I need to take on the routher or ther PR4100 to get this to work? I have a Verizon CR1000A new router.
