I am having a weird issue. My server will play a video foe 3 seconds then stop then it will try it again repeatedly. This started a few days ago. I have tried creating a new container but that did not work. I have attached the logs in this post. Please advise.

What were you playing or when did this happen? Looking at the end of your log, I see

That’s almost 4 minutes so it doesn’t match the issue you are describing.
I was not playing anything. It would just do it on its own.
Then it might be an issue with the client and not your server. Please recreate the issue and provide me the log from the client you were using.
It did it all through the day. You do not think I need to rebuild the server?
Your PMS logs don’t show an issue. I mean it still could be a server issue, but I can’t definitively say it is. It could just be the client you were using. If you are seeing this with every client, then that could point back to the server being the problem.
I am work now but I will grab some logs when I get home.
