We were unable to load your Plex Home settings

It appears that all of you have a PIN on your account,
but no other users in your Plex Home.
Which makes the PIN redundant.

Try removing the PIN
or
add a user account to your Plex Home (activating the Guest account is the quickest way to do that)
and see if that changes anything.

I am not saying that this is a fix. But it’ll help tremendously with finding the bug, if you can confirm this suspicion.
