Same thing… if I want to us it I have to uninstall and reinstall…each time!

If you’re using a PIN try removing it.
I just got a Samsung tv and have been struggling to figure out why it cannot reach my Plex server. I am glad I found this thread. Hopefully the new app will come out soon!
I removed the Pin feature on the account and that allowed the app to open without the home setting error but now anyone can open the app and watch what they want and that can be something of a problem. Hope Plex is aware of this issue and gets it resolved soon.
A second home-user with PIN seems to help. Just create one even if you are not going to use it (just repeating something I have red, no experience with the issue since I already have several PIN-users).
