Web app can't find synology library

I have followed the support page and authorised my device, nothing shows up.

Very stuck, there’s nothing else to do.

It was all there and working before, why have they deleted the only thing plex was useful for?

Are the libraries unpinned from the Home page?

If you login with Plex Web and click on More >, do you see your server and available libraries?

Yes: Click on the three dots to the right of the desired library and choose Pin.

No: Additional details required.

NAS model and DSM version?
Plex Media Server version?
Any recent changes? DSM update, PMS update, new ISP, etc.

Point a private/incognito browser window at the IP address of the NAS. For example, if the IP address is 10.1.2.3, use http://10.1.2.3:32400/web.

Can you login and reach the server settings?

If yes:
In Settings → server_name → General, does it show “Server claimed by your_email_address”?
Are your libraries listed in Settings → server_name → Manage → Libraries?

Please provide a set of server log files:

  1. Stop Plex Media Server and wait 15 - 20 seconds.
  2. Start Plex Media Server
  3. Wait 3 - 5 minutes for Plex to fully start and log the startup sequence.
  4. Go to Settings → Troubleshooting.
  5. Download and post the server log files (Drag the file into the message window. It will insert at the cursor location).

If you cannot reach Settings → Troubleshooting:

  1. Perform first three steps above (stop/start/wait).
  2. Stop Plex Media Server
  3. Using Synology File Station, navigate to the Plex Data Folder
    (DSM 7: PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server/).
  4. Right click on the Logs directory and choose “Compress to Logs.zip.”
  5. Download and post the zip file.
