Web Browser -> Doesn't show folders, but shows items by type. iPhone app -> can see both

Created a new library with a type of “Other Videos”. It successfully found 1,351 video items. The main folder that was added has a number of sub folders divided by content.

In the web browser, if I browse by type, I can see 1,351 items and they all play just fine. If I switch to “by folder” I see a “23” at the top indicating it sees 23 folders, but no folders are actually visible.

If I zoom all the way in, then scroll, the folders show up (without thumbnails) but none of the folders are clickable.

If I browse this library via the plex app on my phone and TV it can see the folders just fine.

Tried in safari, chrome and firefox, all the same issue via the web UI.

Plex server 1.10.0.4523.

It’s not a content problem as the files are fine and can be played. I created a playlist on my phone and was able to play the files fine via the web ui. It appears to be an issue related to just displaying folders, as my other libraries exhibit the same behavior.

Any help here? I can’t browse any folders via the Web UI in any library. This is really frustrating given one of my libraries has a lot of content.

Updated the server last night to 1.10.1.4602, but still no luck.

Anything? Would really like to not have to create libraries for every folder…
