I found that my personal videos only show in Browse by Type, not Browse by Folder. This is not working for me, as I had my files set up in specific groups by folder. This seems to have happened only recently. Any ideas as to what is going on?
I can do it in the clients I use and also via web browser.

What happens when you click on the movies sorting option, by folder should popup below it.
hit F5 to refresh the page.
But did you try F5 refresh? That will ignore the cache and request a new update of the page.
Also check to see if you need to scroll up the page as if you were at the bottom of a page with a lot of space at the bottom. I’ve seen that happen as well.
Also try another browser just to test. This feature does work in browsers and many of us use it everyday.

Another Ninja made a mention to me to ask what Server Version you are running. He asked because your screen shot doesn’t show the latest options. You may want to confirm you are running the latest Plex-Pass Server version.

The included web app has a bug that prevents this from working. Go to the hosted web app that Otto posted and it will work.
